A generation of principled and competent leaders serving as the primary catalysts for a sustainably progressive Mangandingay, where unified youth action serving as the heartbeat of a sustainable, peaceful, and resilient barangay where no young person is left behind.
MISSION
To bridge the gap between youth potential and community governance by upholding the highest standards of integrity and transparency; we commit to implementing evidence-based programs across the 10 centers of participation to accelerate the Sustainable Development Goals and ensure that One Kabataan drives the holistic progress of One Mangandingay.

CSK ANG BAHALA SA'YO PROGRAM
A National Awardee for Best Community Impact Award. A Financial Assistance for the youth who will be taking the Career Service Examination via Registration Reimbursement.
FREE USE OF SPORTS EQUIPMENT
This allows the youth to borrow sports equipment - leveraging their lifestyle and their engagement to sports.
